Refunds & Returns Policy

At Pleasure Merch, your satisfaction is important to us. Because of the intimate nature of our products, we have to follow strict hygiene and safety standards. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

  • For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or removed from their original packaging unless they are faulty or damaged.

  • If you receive a faulty or damaged product, contact us within 10 days of delivery at sales@pleasuremerch.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Refunds

  • If your return is approved (faulty or damaged item), you may choose a replacement or a refund.

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days receiving the return and approval.

  • We will notify you once your refund has been issued.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a replacement for a faulty item, please specify this when contacting us.

Shipping Costs

  • Returns for change of mind, faulty or damaged items will be your responsibility, we provide one way free shipping only.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Any product that has been opened, used, or removed from original packaging

  • Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)

  • Gift cards or digital products
